Knowledge and competency of a range of evidence based and developmentally appropriate methods of assessing, conceptualising and addressing a range of mental health diffculties in infants, children and adolescents. Involves various clinical tasks and use of recorded interviews with actual clients with feedback from course tutors, workplace mentors and fellow students.
